Today’s guest is Sean Douglas, a 34-year-old former Air Force drill instructor, and currently an entrepreneur, professional speaker, author and Master Resilience Implementer (we’ll get into that later in the interview).  But first, Sean talks about his autobiography, Decisions: The Power to Overcome Self-Defeating Behaviors, and admits this interview is the first time he openly talks about his suicide attempt.  He goes over what lead up to it, including growing up with domestic violence, becoming an alcoholic, and almost losing his family and military career. It all began to turnaround, though, in one moment on one Christmas eve.  Sean says that he had adversity in his life, learned how to talk about it, and now teaches others how to learn to be resilient.  This is Sean’s story….
